Meet Rafael Heredia

Born and raised in Mexico City with Mexican and Spanish roots, Rafael is bilingual, well-traveled, and internationally connected. He studied Finance and Accounting at Universidad Panamericana, completed the Harvard University International Tax Program with concentrations in U.S. Income Taxation, Corporate Finance, and Public Finance, and earned his MBA from The University of Texas at Austin.
With more than twenty-five years in management, business processes, operating systems, and tax — including eighteen years as a CFO — Rafael brings executive-level fluency to every engagement. He is also an IRS Enrolled Agent, the highest credential the IRS awards, with the authority to represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service.
From his home base in Houston and The Woodlands, Rafael advises entrepreneurs, foreign investors, and independent business owners on the decisions that shape their bottom line — from cross-border structuring and international taxation to business strategy, valuation, and long-term growth planning.
